  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized products, gift cards, or sale items, are non-returnable unless faulty.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team at support@luxuryandco.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide instructions and a return address.

3. Shipping Costs

  • For Returns: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • For Exchanges: We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item for the first exchange.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  2. We will arrange a free return and offer a replacement or full refund.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
